Accenica consists of two divisions: Research and Corporate Advisory: 

Accenica Research is a boutique advisory service focused on due diligence in Eastern Europe.  We produce regional and sector reports and engage in customized research engagements for foreign companies.

Accenica Corporate Advisory serves as the local tactical team for corporations seeking to establish a presence, restructure their current operations, or for short-term engagements that trouble shoot specific commercial challenges.

Our corporate advisory also provides tailored solutions, such as restructuring and capital raising, to high-potential companies in Eastern Europe. Our work with companies local to Eastern Europe provides us with an intimate understanding of challenges and business practices in Eastern Europe which complements our research and other advisory services to foreign companies.

The core countries coverage is Serbia and fomer Yugoslavian republics (Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republic of Macedonia, Slovenia),  Bulgaria, Romania and Slovenia. It has affiliate partners in  Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Russia.
